then read for a bit {Twilight} –
the girls played volleyball {I spectated} – we walked over to the tidepools -
and Grace got us into trouble with the “Nature Police” because she kept touching the wildlife which is apparently preserved –
we walked out on the rocks where Craig proposed to Shalina –
found hermit crabs and named them all Hermies –
got really excited when we found star fish – Grace fed a sea annenome a hermit crab and tried to get him out but the vacuum powers were too strong for her fingers – then we walked back to our towels for another round of cupcakes and more lying out. SO NICE!We had dinner at Shalina’s house – DELICIOUS enchiladas that Heather (one of the maids of honor) made and brought down for us all to enjoy. We did a really minor (and super easy) little craft project, THEN started playing games. We played a question game (Shalina is REAL over the question games) and Shalina got 9 out of 20 correct – but in her defense, Craig doesn’t play fair – when asked what item in Shalina’s wardrobe he would get rid of, he said her tv – I’m pretty sure Shalina doesn’t WEAR that tv Craig. He is CONFUSED! After the question game we played WOULD YOU RATHER including the “DO IT” challenge cards.
OF COURSE I was the first penalized…I had to let SJ draw a mustache and glasses on my face with eyeliner and then leave it there for the rest of the game.
THAT is when the hysterical laughter resounded…
...Rayda had to stand like a statue for two turns, Heather had to break dance, Kristine had to lap water from a bowl like a cat, Shalina had to dance like a cat about to attack its prey…it was COMEDY for sure! After game time we had dessert {anther round of cupcakes and angel food cake with strawberries} and then busted out the Wii to play Mario Brothers (I’m a video game amateur – I didn’t play as a kid – so I was FASCINATED by their ridiculous skills). Finally around midnight we decided we were all tired and turned in.

I LOVE BREAKFAST FOOD.
All too soon everyone was saying goodbye – but at least we knew it was only 12 days until the wedding – which meant we would all see each other again in 11 days at the latest! AHHHhhhh it is getting close! Bachelorette weekend was really a lot of fun! Shalina has awesome bridesmaids which means the wedding should be awesome! We’re at 11 days and counting now and there are still SEVERAL things to get done…I guess I better put my working hat back on!!
