Week at a Glance...

Last night Shalina stopped by (which is really weird to say – she even had to knock on the front door because she doesn’t have keys anymore – sad day!) and we watched the Vampire Diaries together. SHE IS TOTALLY SUCKING ME INTO THE VORTEX!!!!! I was actually rather entertained by the show and wanted to know more about the story – I think I am destined to be a teenage girl forever (especially when it comes to television!).After she left Rhonda (my small group leader and friend) came over and we watched the Bachelorette (I know, I know, more trashy tv!). I think my favorites are CapeCod and Ty but Weatherman and Muffler have GOT TO GO! Ha! Ali actually isn’t my favorite either – I liked her more Jake’s season than I do now…but I guess it is different when she’s forced to take the lead. I really can’t imagine how awkward all of that really is. PASS. Tonight I’m having dinner with Steven and then tomorrow comes an unexpected evening with Megan (she is supposed to be on a roadtrip to Nebraska to see the World’s Largest Porch Swing but that has been temporarily postponed due to her grandfather catching a bug…so she’s coming to visit me instead! YAY!)!! We don’t know what we’re going to do (because we are BOTH POOR, but we’ll come up with something fun for sure! I am SO EXCITED that I get to see her – I was sure it wouldn’t be until July 18 for the She and Him concert!!
Thursday night I have got to pack (and I might squeeze in dinner with my friend Jenny) because FAMILY WEEKEND in San Diego is on the calendar I am excited to see the SWOPE CLAN! I will be leaving IMMEDIATELY after working on Friday evening and I won’t be coming home until late Sunday night…it is going to be a BLAST catching up and celebrating together! Can’t wait!
