3 years ago today - may 5. 2007 - cinco de mayo - i walked across the stage as my name was called (followed by magna kum laude and alpha chi), accepted my golden tube (which was totally empty other than instructions on how to join the alumni association), shook President Ellis' hand and realized I had officially completed my undergraduate degree. i graduated. i did it. it is CRAZY that it has already been 3 years (and that i've since graduated with an MBA rendering my undergrad degree virtually useless). CRAZY i tell you!
