This weekend my friend Amber (who I grew up with @ Gateway Church in San Diego, CA) is getting married. I'm SO VERY HAPPY for her! Sean is a genuinely great guy and they make a ridiculous attractive couple!
The wedding is in San Luis Obispo, so I'm headed out of town for the weekend. I ran home at lunch and wrapped the wedding gift, ironed my dress for the rehearsal dinner and for the wedding, my VERA is all packed
(including my coral pointy toed heels - Amber's favorite),
my nails are painted in domestic goddess
which is a seriously INTENSE color but I really don't have time to change it before we roll out this evening, I updated my iPOD with the new Michael Buble cd and a mix from my friend Mindy, collected the latest issues of Real Simple magazine (which i can't wait to read - hopefully I won't be too car sick) and made sure that my CHI iron was cooled and ready for the journey. All I have left to do is pick up car snacks and chick-fil-a for dinner and we're off. It is going to be a crazy weekend with lots of the "LOVE" word in it...cheers to that!
