This week has been RIDICULOUSLY long and headachey – so I am THRILLED that it is Friday and the start of a WEEKEND!! This weekend is pretty PACKED but its mostly fun…tonight I have to teach ESL and then I’m headed home to relax on/in my bed and try with all my might to eliminate my current headache: Cael (see…I really do name everything…even my headaches – I think if hurricanes deserve to be named, so do headaches, so I follow the same pattern they do – I start with “A” at the beginning of the year and work my way through the alphabet one headache after the next. My birthday was March 12 – and we’re on Cael…that isn’t a good sign for 25!). Tomorrow I’m going to look at flowers with Shalina for her wedding (I think) and then going to Rachel’s 22nd DISCO party (wait until you see my outfit – I’m going AS a disco ball. OUT OF CONTROL). Sunday Kenz and I are driving up to Ventura and picking up Steven – then driving to Pismo and picking up Megan – then going to San Luis Obispo to go wine tasting and have a picnic at Wolff Vineyards then we’re getting sorbet at the BEST ICE CREAM PLACE and going back to Steven’s in Ventura to spend the night. Monday is Ev. Free Fullerton’s FIRST FURLOUGH DAY so we’re celebrating the day off even though we’re not getting paid for it. We’re going to sleep in, then have a delicious homemade breakfast (thanks S. Bux) of French toast, eggs, sasuage, and potatoes with a side of FRESH STRAWBERRIES from the field! WOOT! Then we’re off to Santa Barbara for sight-seeing and Mexican food lunch. I’m sure the time will go TOO quickly and we’ll be back on the road (with Starbucks in hand) in the evening to make it to work on Tuesday morning. I’m SO excited about the short week (especially since Emily is coming on Thursday afternoon so I’m really only working 2.5 days! BEAUTIFUL) and then the Easter holiday! I’ll make sure and take plenty of pictures to document our adventures this weekend!
(P.S. has March been the LONGEST MONTH EVER??? It has been March FOREVER!)
