Beth Moore over at The LPM Blog was encouraging us to enter "Siestavilla" by introducing ourselves through sharing 10 things that someone close to us would know whether quirky or deep, sophisticated or humorous. Here are my 10 things...
1. I take a glass of water with 3 or 4 ice cubes in it up to my bedroom every night
2. I am addicted to wide leg yoga pants
3. I am a television ATHLETE
4. I like green apples ever so much more than red or gayla, etc.
5. I name everything – ex. KitchenAide – Rosalie; car – Frederick; iPod- Ebony
6. I almost always have my fingernails painted and kind of freak out if I don’t
7. I had TEETH implants my freshmen year of college – I was just born without the permanents
8. When my best friend Sara calls from Alabama I immediately start talking in a southern accent
9. I dream about the day when I can adopt a child internationally
10. I am skilled at the “self portrait” and think that all pictures should be taken from above with a slight angle downward toward the face – it minimizes the potential for the double chin and in general just makes me look WAY better!
