I HATE FIRE ALARMS!!!!!

SO…for the past 2 days “they” have been testing the fire alarms at the office. NOW…I don’t want to sound like TOO much of a complainer, but I cannot even begin to explain the panic and shock that shoots through my body when the fire alarm which just happens to be located DIRECTLY above my desk goes off. It is the LOUDEST noise I have ever heard IN MY LIFE…and the flashing lights are an added bonus – even though I’m pretty sure that even if you were deaf and couldn’t HEAR the alarm, you could FEEL the sound vibrating through your very being. Yesterday the alarms went off for approximately 2 hours straight making me an incredibly miserable individual. I stuck it out and lasted through the day, but went home with a RAGING headache that led to multiple intimate meetings with my toilet and trash can. UNFORTUNATE. After everything I had eaten was OFFICIALLY out of my system, I heaved for several hours. OH SO PLEASANT. So imagine my glee when I got to work this morning and the alarms started BLARRING again…WELL let me put it this way…I’m outta here folks! NOT A CHANCE I’m sticking around for another day of this…I know he looks so innocent just minding his own business on the wall BUT I PROMISE its a lie from the pit of hell. He is a MENANCE and I will not take it for ONE MINUTE LONGER!!!
