TONIGHT is the big night for SO many...and if i was my 24 year old self, it might be the BIG NIGHT for me...but alas, I have let childhood (aka midnight movie showings) die and have embraced the new adult version (aka matinee, with a starbucks, and a snack) for viewing "films". Last year when HP6 came out, we did the whole Big Newport Midnight Showing but get there at 6pm to get in line and wait wait wait wait wait and get SUPER annoyed with teenagers in costumes who are too immature to throw their trash in the centrally located garbage receipticles and must therefore chunk it on the ground surrounding the entire establishment thing. This year, we have pre-purchased tickets for a Sunday afternoon show. I have a gift card to Starbucks and all the supplies to make chocolate dipped caramel apples. We will watch the movie (WOOT), grab dinner together somewhere, and THOROUGHLY enjoy the experience rather than trying desperately to stay awake yet dreading the reality that all too soon we will be waking up to go to work (literally - like 3 hours later - we were FOOLS!). I am SO looking forward to HP DAY!!! ahhh! SO EXCITED. In the meantime - you can find me at home - on the futon - watching HP 4, 5, and 6 to get ready!!!
{This life is not at all what I expected and yet I long to live fully and with great joy as I make the very most of my one wild and crazy adventure. Regardless of what the circumstances may hold, I have NO DOUBT there is a great and mighty plan and I am eagerly anticipating all the King has in store for me}
