coming in a brown box to my porch...
i have a {super beat up and kind of lame} futon downstairs, which actually functions as the most comfortable piece of living room furniture in my house. it is a neutral color and has gotten pretty nasty, so for the past several months it has been covered by a black sheet {which is actually super helpful since we eat dinner on the futon OFTEN and the sheet serves as a food collector which can easily be shaken out} but black isn't favorite color and it doesn't do a whole lot for my living room decor. SO today i purchased a bright blue futon cover. HOPEFULLY it will be super cute and will really dress up the living room.

This post is hysterical! I too had one of those LAME futons and did my best to cover the beast with something aesthetically pleasing. But for all it's ugliness, you can't beat the feeling of shaking that sheet and watching crumbs and whatnot fly! And I love that color. And I want that pillow. Good job, Shells!
